Tour Terms and Conditions (約款)

Thank you for choosing our services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with us. By booking, you agree to the following:

1. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment after confirmation of the time & date. Please also provide any necessary details such as your hotel information and phone number.

Tour costs are provided at the time of booking, but customers are responsible for all transportation fees (including fares for the guide/assistant).

2. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation requests must be sent via email.
Free cancelation: Cancel before 24hours for full refund.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to make changes to the tour schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or natural disasters, without liability.

3. Liability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour. However, we do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour or transfer.

Participation in the tour is at the traveler’s own risk. It is highly recommended that all participants obtain travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you secure travel insurance before participating in any of our tours. This should cover cancellations, delays, illness, accidents, and loss of property.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their own belongings during the tour and must follow the guide's instructions for safety.

All personal medical needs should be addressed by participants prior to the tour.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters or unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, public transport delays), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, we cannot guarantee refunds but will do our best to accommodate changes.
