Due to the food options selected for this tour and the limited availability in the area, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and regret that we cannot offer substitutions for this particular tour.

Private Tours: For a more tailored experience, you can upgrade to a private tour for an additional ¥15,500 (minimum of 2 people). To add this option, please email us for availability.

Strict Start Time Policy: To ensure the smooth running of our tours and maintain a great experience for all guests, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you are not at the meeting point by the departure time, we must start the tour as scheduled, and unfortunately, no refunds will be given.

5-Minute Grace Period: We allow a 5-minute grace period past the scheduled start time before the tour departs. After that, we cannot wait further. Additionally, once the tour has started, we are unable to provide directions or contact the guides by phone.
